The Dominica Academy of Arts and Sciences (DAAS) is about Dominica, its people and culture. Therefore, in keeping with our   Mission and Objectives  we have undertaken to publish selected biographies of those among us, at home and abroad, who have made significant contributions to the socio-economic development of Dominica.


Guidelines and Agreement for submission and publication

• The subject biography must be a Dominican, alive or deceased
• Both subject, or his/her agent, and biographer must agree to the publication on DAAS Biographies.
• There will be no monetary exchange for the DAAS publication
• The subject, biographer or DAAS may choose to remove a biography with legitimate cause

​DAAS welcomes any such authentic contributions from all who are able and willing. Please send your contributions to   DAAS Biographies.
